The community features a beautiful 4,800 square foot clubhouse meeting hall. The spectacular room features a full service kitchen complete with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, convectional oven and microwave oven. Adjacent rest rooms are available. • Maximum occupancy limit 150 people

• Facility Requirements / Rules:
    - Proof of homeowners insurance covering facility rental required
    - No alcohol permitted in facility
    - Maximum rental hours till midnight

• Fees:
    - Rental Fee $500
    - Refundable Deposit $500
    - Security Guard Fees: 2 guards required at @ $20. per hr ea. Min $160.
